Carrie is hard working and has a very positive attitude throughout the process. Carrie was immediately attentive to our unique needs from the start of us building a new home. We have a disabled son with issues concerning his chemical sensitivities and his overall safety. We've moved a lot. Building homes for our son's needs has always been challenging, but never more challenging than during the Covid pandemic. Carrie never waivered in her quest to help us work successfully with some very difficult home builder employees. She communicated regularly with us and was very professional. Carrie maintained a very positive attitude throughout the process while still making it clear to the builder that certain aspects had to be resolved in a timely fashion. She also was the agent for selling our previous home. She gave us many updates about our home's market value as the market changed rapidly. Her suggestions about how to show our house were very helpful and relatively inexpensive. The BEST experience I have ever had with a home sale. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Carrie Sexton. Carrie came highly recommended by my mortgage broker. She is highly respected in the community, and I felt incredibly fortunate to have her represent me in the sale of my home. Our desire as sellers was to list and sell the property in a 30 day period. This required close coordination between renters, cleaning people, repairs and finally Carrie's expertise as a realtor. Mid January Carrie met with me at the property to discuss and advised on what was required to list and sell the property in a 30 day period. We recently sold and purchased a home with Carrie’s assistance and guidance. The sale of our home was extremely smooth and stress-free due to Carrie’s direction and knowledge. From the perfect price point based on her research, exceptionally professional pictures, and marketing we had 7 showings the first day listed and several offers within days. Carrie reviewed each offer with us to help us as sellers select the best offer and we were under contact within 4 days of listing. She worked with us through inspection issues and made an overwhelming process effortless. The purchase of our new home was accomplished because of Carrie’s positivity and tenacity. We looked at many homes and could not find just the right one – we thought we would have to settle but Carrie found the perfect home for us as a family. In February of 2015, my husband & I started our journey to home ownership after putting it on hold the fall prior. We seriously considered & discussed who we would want our realtor to be. We recently found ourselves in the unenviable position of selling a deceased family members home. It required much cleanup and repairs including carpet replacement. Buying a house out of state is a very stressful situation. My husband and I are from California and we made frequent trips out to Colorado before we found home we were looking for. When my husband and I met Carrie Sexton, our Northern Colorado realtor for the first time, we knew we were dealing with a true professional and a genuine good and honest person. We felt very comfortable and at ease with her. She became a kind friend and advisor. Being unfamiliar with certain areas of Colorado, we asked a lot of questions. A lot of questions!
